You can navigate through our online store and add as many products as you wish to purchase. For your information, on all pages of the online shop next to each product there is an “add to cart” icon. To continue shopping, select the product you are looking for from the categories in the main menu, and add it to your cart.

When you have filled your cart with the products you want click on the “complete order” button. Then you can follow the steps for order payment. To complete your order fill in your details and payment method, accept the terms of use and click “Continue”. You have the option to complete your order either as a visitor by filling in the necessary fields requested, or create an account and log in to it by entering your email and password.

If you are not a member click on the create new account button. Fill in the new member registration form with an active email account.

You can place your order in several ways. Firstly, for the purpose of ordering your products directly, we suggest you go to advcosmetics.gr as stocks are running out very quickly.

If you are unable to place your order online, you can:

• Send us your message on our Social Media pages and we will serve you on a first come, first served basis.

The delivery of the products to your place is usually done by courier on the next working day (you will receive an e-mail or SMS informing you about the delivery process). For some remote areas the delivery time may take up to 2-3 working days.

For purchases of 50,00€ and more the shipping is free of charge nationwide. For orders less than 50,00 €, the shipping cost is 4,00 € nationwide.

For international shipments the shipping cost is calculated based on the total weight of your order.

Before returning the product please contact the service department of advcosmetics.gr (by email at info@advcosmetics.gr / or by phone at +30 21077 11615 / or through our contact form).

The return must be made within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt and the return conditions must be met.

Returns must be made by courier company and not by post.

In case of use of the product or alteration of the original packaging, the return will not be accepted.

Refunds will be made within 14 days of the return and receipt of the products by our company. However, there may be a delay beyond 14 days if we do not receive the products or the receipt in time upon return. The refund includes shipping costs.

If the return is not made within 14 calendar days of receipt or if any of the return conditions are not met, ADVCosmetics.gr has the right not to accept the products back and not to proceed with a replacement.

By submitting your review to advcosmetics.gr, you agree that:

1. The content of your review is authored by you and is your personal opinion and does not infringe on the intellectual property of any third party, nor does it have any illegal content.
2. The content of your review does not contain abusive or defamatory comments, insults to other members or to advcosmetics.gr and ADV COSMETICS SINGLE MEMBER PRIVATE COMPANY as well as third party reviews.
3. Your texts must be exclusively about the product of the evaluation, and must not constitute a deliberate defamation of the product for personal or professional gain. You must also have actually used the product before writing your comments, and you must have your own opinion about the product and not the rumours or comments of others. The company reserves the right to verify this using the information available to it.
4. In your review there should be no email addresses, personal details of third parties, customers or competitors, as well as telephone numbers, links from other shops, which are not related to the product of the review.
5. You are prohibited from republishing the same reviews on repeat products or from other websites.
